General Warranty

Kaisom warrants all products sold against defects in workmanship and material for a period of 3-5 years from the date of the original sale. 
Defective products must be returned to Kaisom freight prepaid for inspection of any defects. 

If you would like to return your purchase for any reason you may return items to our warehouse or  WITHIN 30 DAYS of the purchase for a full refund of the product cost. The product should be in NEW AND UNUSED condition and any accessory items that came with the product should be included. A Return Goods Authorization number (RGA number) must be obtained prior to returning product. If an item is returned more than 30 days after the purchase date it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Any product that has been used for purposes other than that specified in the specification.
• Any defects caused by accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation, lack of reasonable care, unauthorised modification, loss of parts, tampering or attempted repair by a person not authorised by the manufacturer or distributor.
• non-conforming product use environment.
• The correct method of use is not used.
• The accessory (such as a connector) is damaged or the connector is caused.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Packaging materials

You are responsible for all expenses associated with returning the defective product.

To Make a Claim

To make a claim under this warranty, please return the defective product to the store or distributor or you purchased it from, together with original or copy of proof of purchase and a note explaining the problem.
